What to watch on Netflix

As I've been spending a lot more time huddled under blankets recently, I've been watching a lot more on Netflix as a result. I've found some pretty good stuff on there too, so I decided to share some of my favourites with you all.

What I'm watching on Netflix

Alias Grace

I absolutely loved this one. It's a short series, I believe it's only five or six episodes, but there's so much in it that it feels longer -in a good way! I like to think it kind of explains how mental health would have been viewed in that time, but I could be reaching. If you've watched it please let me know your thoughts!

I've grown up watching repeat after repeat with my Mum, but I'd never watched the entire series. That has now been rectified, and I love it. There's obviously a few outdated views and such, but what do you expect from something coming up for 20 years old? The first episode aired in 1994!

Only Fools and Horses

Another series I grew up watching! Netflix hasn't got it all on there, but it's a start at least! It reminds me of when I was younger and watching them for the first time with my mum, and they're good to have on in the background.

Doctor Who

Pretty much all of Doctor Who is on Netflix, and for someone who can barely remember last weeks episode watching them all together is brilliant! I actually get to remember half the references now instead of being oh-so-confused like I was when it first aired.

American Horror Story

I was extra late on the AHS bandwagon, but now I watch it repeatedly! Even if I don't particularly like certain series, I'll at least watch it twice as there's so much I don't pick up on the first time I watch it. It also means that little references and things that seem unimportant take on another meaning when watching it again.

What are your favourite movies and series on Netflix?
