My Favourite Podcasts

I've been getting into Podcasts for the last few weeks and I've found a few that I absolutely love and listen to almost on a daily basis. Some of them you probably already know but others might be a little more off the beaten track and I wanted to share them with you all.

The Slow Home Podcast - This one I've only recently stumbled upon, but I love it so much. I've been recommending it to everyone! It's motivated me to do more home-y bits, like cooking from scratch more and actually being in the moment rather than rushing through things and multitasking all the time.

Hashtag Authentic - This podcast is what's given me all my motivation recently! Sarah's voice makes me feel relaxed and ready to apply everything that I learn from her podcast. In some of the episodes you can hear her pets, and for me that adds to the charm and realness and makes me want to listen even more.

The PCOS Revolution - I am so so glad I found this podcast! It's not got hundreds of episodes, I believe there's about 12-15 episodes right now, but even just listening to one of them gave me so much new information! I definitely recommend giving it a listen if you have PCOS or want to know more about it.

Being Boss - Another podcast that really motivates me! Much like Hashtag Authentic, Being Boss motivates and encourages me to really knuckle down and get out that blog post that's been flying around my head or finally changing up my Instagram bio.

Nature & Nourish - This one is brand spanking new, and I love it. It's about living life with a more of a natural or slow approach. The first episode explains exactly what you can expect, and after 30 seconds I knew that this was the podcast for me.
