Self Care List 2

A little while ago I wrote a small self care list post, and by far and large it's one of the most popular posts on my blog. well, you're in luck, because today is another self care list! You can read the other list here.

Self care is so important, even if you do just one little act a day. No matter how small or insignificant a self care act may seem, you definitely deserve to give yourself credit for doing it! It's very easy to fall into a routine where you don't do any self care or take time for yourself. I didn't even realize until a year or so later that I'd not been taking care of myself! So, here are some ideas for you:

Change your clothes/ PJs, put some clean ones on
Change your bedsheets
Drink a glass of water
Meditate or try a simple yoga routine
Shower, maybe wash your hair while you're in there
If not a shower, wash your face and hands
Wipe down your gadgets
Brush your teeth
Take the bins out
Put a load of laundry on to wash or dry
Wash the dishes, try to clear the sink
Make a list of self-care techniques you want to try or know that work for you
Open your curtains
Open a window to allow fresh air in
Delete old emails
Brush your hair
Clean up leftover food and drinks
Try a new movie or TV show
Put on some of your favourite perfume
Eat and/or drink if you need to

There's 20 self-care ideas, but don't feel you have to do them all in one day or even in one week!
